1. Group mindfulness practice

Students choose one mindfulness technique to try independently or in a group (2-4). 

Choose one from:

  • Meditation
  • Practicing Gratitude
  • Counselling
  • Journalling
  • Mindful breathing
  • Walking
  • Stretching
  • Enough sleep

2. Reflection

After the practice, everyone does a short reflective discussion post (100 words or 1 min audio).
