Research Report (25%)
Students demonstrate their understanding of mindfulness by doing research and critical reflection on physical and emotional self-care techniques and their real-life application. Students have to choose one physical and one emotional self-care technique.
- Introduction/Overview: Why did you choose these two techniques?
- Description of the techniques: How these techniques are practiced. What are the benefits? How do these techniques impact overall wellbeing? Find articles to support your writing.
- Real-life Application: How can these techniques be used in daily life?
- Conclusion: Personal feelings, experience, and thoughts about these techniques.
You will need to submit a PDF Document (~3 pages double space) or 15 minutes audio presentation, at least two references.
